As a resident of Massachusetts, yesterday's Boston Marathon explosions hit very close to home. I am so thankful that my friends and family are safe, and I continue to keep those affected by this tragedy in my thoughts and prayers. I would like to take a moment to recognize the heroic actions of those that courageously responded. The unity and compassion expressed over the past 24 hours has helped restore my faith in humanity. Boston is a resilient city, and I am confident that they will bounce back stronger than ever.

ReplyDeleteThis is the one year I wasn't at the finish line... and I don't know why I deserved to not be there this year, but it's amazing that I wasn't. It's amazing this is the one year I changed up my routine.
I still can't believe what happened is real...
